Standard Support Warranty

30 Day Technical Support Warranty:

If within 30 calendar days of your technical support visit you experience the same issue as on your original support work, our technician will return to your location and resolve the issue at no additional charge. If your warranty claim is not related, you will be billed at the regular hourly rate of $54.95 for residential services and $74.95 for commercial. In order for the warranty to be valid, you must be operating the same machine at the time of the original service order and must not have installed new computer software or hardware within the 30 day warranty time period. Software and hardware include, but are not limited to, operating system upgrades, internet toolbars, antivirus software, office software, games, etc.

 Infinigen Technology Solutions and/or it's technicians or consultants are not responsible for damage to computer hardware, loss of information, or software malfunctions that may occur as a result of technical support services. In the event that loss occurs due to software or hardware failure, every attempt will be made to recover data, restore settings or otherwise repair the system. Installation of additional hardware will be performed according to the manufacturer's recommendations/directions, but Infinigen Technology Solutions makes no warranty as to the effectiveness or functionality of the installed hardware. 

Make a warranty claim, submit and email to support@infinigensolutions.com and we will begin the investigation and advise you of the proposed resolutions.
